1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

NextDigitals sells digital products including but not limited to:

  • Canva Templates
  • Branding Kits
  • Marketing Design Templates
  • Downloadable Digital Files

All products are delivered electronically and are intangible, non-returnable digital goods.

Once delivered or accessed, the product cannot be returned.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
    • Change of mind
    • Accidental purchase
    • Lack of technical knowledge
    • Failure to read product description
    • Incompatibility with third-party software (e.g., Canva free/pro version limitations)
    • Personal preference or design expectations

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. EXCEPTION – DEFECTIVE OR CORRUPTED FILES

If you receive:

  • A corrupted file
  • Incomplete download
  • Non-functional template link

You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:

After verification, we may:

  • Re-send the product
  • Provide corrected files
  • Offer technical assistance

Replacement is at our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If you are charged twice due to a technical payment error:

  • Contact us within 5 days with proof of duplicate transaction.
  • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. PAYMENT GATEWAY RESPONSIBILITY

Payments are processed via third-party secure payment gateways.

NextDigitals is not responsible for:

  • Banking delays
  • Gateway failures
  • Card authorization declines
  • International transaction charges

6. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend access to purchased products
  • Permanently block the user
  • Take necessary legal action under applicable Indian laws

7. CONSUMER PROTECTION COMPLIANCE (INDIA)
